Step 1: Sign in to your PingPong account and click RECEIVE tab. Then select Apply For New Receiving Account.

You can find Apply for a welcome letter under account details.

Step 2: Provide your information and confirm it, then click SUBMIT.

Step 3: The welcome letter will be sent to you by email.
